The Board
Adam Pogorzelski
He graduated from Culture Studies in the Institute of Polish Culture at the Warsaw University. For many years he has worked in Borderland Center in Sejny and Polish Children and Youth Foundation in Warsaw. He was also a specialist in Faculty of National and Ethnic Minorities in The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration and culture manager in the largest Polish educational publisher ‘WSiP’ in Warsaw. Currently he works in City Foundation.

Olga Pogorzelska
She graduated from Science of Culture in the Institute of Polish Culture at the Warsaw University and also completed the Business Management Diploma at Kaplan Aspect College in Sydney. She has worked in School for Leaders Association in Warsaw. She participated in many practical artistic workshops within her vocational specialization of ‘Culture Animation’ which were run by distinguished Polish artists and practitioners of culture. She loves Woody Allen’s films and flat white coffee.

Jan Czerniecki
He is a musician, photographer, computer specialist and graphic designer. Since 1998 he has been an employee of cultural institutions like: Borderland Center in Sejny, Borderland Foundation in Sejny / Suwalki and House of Creative Work in Lake Wigry. As a photographer he took part in several exhibitions, including legendary club ‘PAcamera’ in Suwalki.

Marcin Siejda
He is a poet, and at the same time, a therapist in a mental hospital in Suwalki. The author of set of poems entitled ‘On my wall hangs a better picture of the Word’. He was a co-founder of artistic group ‘Point North’ and winner of National Poetry Competition ‘About Laurel Sądecczyzny’. He cooperates with muses and nights. He likes autumn, Black Hancza River and beauty.

Marcin Filipowicz
He graduated from Faculty of Law and Administration of Jagiellonian University in Krakow. He is a specialist in administrative law, in particular the rights of refugees and immigrants in Poland. He is also a trainee solicitor and employee of a law firm in Warsaw.

The Council
Rober Szczęsny. He is a trainer in a non-government organizations who specializes in creating and managing projects. He has worked in Stefan Batory Foundation as a program assistant and in the School Leaders Association as a coordinator of international projects. He is an expert of training programs for NGOs and government activists in Belarus and Ukraine.

Joanna Warda. She graduated from Science of Culture in the Institute of Polish Culture at Warsaw University. She deals with audiovisual certificates of Holocaust in Poland. She has been an initiator and coordinator of first City Foundation project titled ‘Camera Alta Ripa’.

Marcin Leszczyński. He graduated from Science of Culture in the Institut of Polish Culture at Warsaw University. He is a poet, photographer and a co-editor of cultural and social quarterly titled (op.cit.,). He likes an experimental prose, South Europe and morning coffee.
